  • Overview 概况

    Support store team on system training and usage. Support store to ensure operations adhere to the company standard and maintain flawless execution, while improving efficiency. Support store on CRM initiatives and implementation.

    Responsibilities 职责

    System training and usage support

    • Super user for all store related systems: Compass/ POS / DCIC / TEI & etc.
    • The trainer for new staff orientation focusing on system while engaging company operations standard
    • Daily support for the store system usage issues
    • Being UAT tester for future new system launch or function enhancement, and deliver training

    Store operations support

    • Monitor store operations adhere to company audit requirement
    • Support store operations execution
    • Identify current issue within the store and support efficiency improvement
    • Support new store operations set up and training

    CRM support

    • Support store CRM initiative
    • Support CD100 program

    Project based assignments

    • Participate in special project assignments as the occasion arise e.g selling event, customer event to support sales team

    Qualifications 资历要求

    • Bachelor degree
    • At least 2 years of work experience in sales/training function, retail industry is preferred, Luxury retail store experience is a plus
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good presentation skill and analytical thinking
    • Organized, attention to details, customer-oriented, good team player
    • Proficiency in PC skills
    • Good command of English in reading and writing
