  • Overview 概况

    Partner with store managers and area sales managers to observe, monitor and coach the store sales team for providing excellent seeling, service and operational standards in retail stores.

    Responsibilities 职责

    Coaching for customer experience

     

    • Monitor and observe daily customer interactions on the shop floors and debrief by sharing strengths and areas for improvement to the coachee as evaluated against Tiffany knowledge, selling skills and attitude benchmarks/best practices.
    • Ensure brand behaviors are demonstrated on the sales floors as company standard including but not limited to grooming, image and etiquette, store presentation standards, etc.
    • Partner with store managers and area sales managers for structuring, scheduling and participating in motivational team meetings that include topics such as MSP results sharing and action planning , market/company news, upcoming training events etc.

     Coaching for performance

     

    • Partner with store leaders and area managers to monitor and coach the sales team on their individual targets and debrief sales figures in real time.
    • Monitor KPIs and coach to exceed individual and team targets.
    • Keep managers updated on all coaching conversations, and action plans in a timely manner.
    • Establish frequent check-in schedule with management and human resouces.

     Training and Post-training Support

     

    • Facilitate or co-facilitate training programs to achieve learning and performance goals.
    • Provide support for post-training endeavors (surveys, follow-up, correspondence.)
    • Suggest development of classes/materials such as end-user manuals, job aids, reference materials, etc. to fill identified training needs or curriculum gaps.

    Qualifications 资历要求

    • Bachelor degree in a related discipline
    • 5+ years retail/training experience (luxury brands or luxury service industries)
    • Knowledge of luxury retail, jewelry industry is preferred
    • Coaching and/or organizational development experience
    • Strong facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to interact with all levels of employees
    • Good team player, influencer and strong team work spirit
    • Excellent follow up, organizational skills and project management skills
    • Willingness to travel in China (weekend hours may be required)
    • Can work with minimum supervision
