  • Overview 概况

    The Digital Designer plays a key role in supporting the digital art directors on all key marketing initiatives with a focus on social media content creation, digital campaign activation as well as other miscellaneous design support to support the digital marketing effort in North Asia region. The designer must excel in the digital landscape, and be familiar with the market trends and latest creative format in the North Asia region. The designer must have a good understanding of luxury, jewelry, and retail businesses; possess a passion for fashion trends, and editorial & advertising design and photography trends.

    Responsibilities 职责

    Support the Art Director, creating compelling, timely digital and social experiences that address Tiffany & Co.'s strategic needs. Review and correct the global developed assets with the direction of Art Director. Collaborate and brainstorm with copywriter, Art Directors, and regional marketing team

    • Provide design support for regional social media needs
    • Partner with creative team to conceptualize and design content series deployed across all global social/digital channels
    • Review the global developed assets with Art Director, Chinese Copywriter and Regional marketing team, to ensure the work is accurate, relevant and effective for local markets
    • Support the revision and enhancement work for the global developed localized contents
    • Be part of the team to brainstorm content strategy and plan editorial calendar for social media
    • Support larger digital team on general design needs where suitable as determined by team lead (projects may include Tiffany.com update, email, banners, app)
    • Prepare and manage retouching and other production needs on own projects
    • Participate in internal meetings as well as interact with external vendors where needed
    • Ensure the level of excellence in all creative work produced and executed is consistent, cohesive and stays on-brand
    • Integrate ongoing feedback from Global Digital Creative to ensure designs are aligned with Global standards, while remaining relevant to the local market
    • Foster idea-sharing and cross-communications with art directors across the marketing department. Communicate with all teams and project managers during various stages of project development. Work within schedules and budgets while able to manage own workflow from concept to execution
    • Proactive participation in assisting project managers to meet deliverable deadlines. Proactively communicate with all teams and regional marketing team during various stages of design. Highly disciplined quality assurance before hand-offs of all projects
    • Keep abreast of latest interactive technology and developments/trends in the digital and social landscape, and evaluate suitability for Tiffany.com

    Qualifications 资历要求

    Required

    • College degree in Graphic Design or related field
    • 2-4 years professional and digital creative related experience in China Market (luxury, fashion & retail brands)
    • Must have high level of excellence in fashion/luxury aesthetic and extremely detail-focused
    • Self-motivated, strong work ethic and hardworking professional with a positive attitude and works well under pressure in a team environment
    • Demonstrate strong layout design skills and ability to convey complex ideas in a straightforward and visually-appealing manner
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator a must, After Effects a plus)
    • Photo art direction/styling, animation, coding experience a plus
    • Passion and demonstrate understanding of website usability/web optimization, ecommerce, UX, and responsive design systems
    • Remain current in the graphic/digital design industry; identify new techniques and trends
    • Well-organized and assertive with solid time management skills, ability to manage high work volumes and process multiple projects simultaneously and follow up on projects with a strong sense of urgency
    • Able to work alone with minimal direction, as well as part of a larger team
    • Able to quickly integrate into a team
    • Team player who is collaborative, ethical and organized with strong communication skills
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin

    • Strong analytical and deductive skills
    • Able to understand technical, artistic and design issues, and clearly communicate issues to team leads and management
    • Solid knowledge of luxury brands a plus
    • Solid knowledge of photo art direction/styling, animation, film/video creation, digital marketing and social content creation
    • Proficient in Cantonese
