  • Overview 概况

    Support Training Manager for planning and delivering the Retail Training strategy through training, documentation, tools and processes to ensure retail staff development and delivery of excellent service standard to our consumers across multiple channels. Facilitate ongoing training of field management, as well as ongoing follow up communication and feedback. Utilizes all available tools, processes, and systems to consistently deliver necessary training mechanisms to all related staffs.

    Responsibilities 职责

    To delivery training programs to support needs of the market.                                                

    • Focus on delivery of core training programs in terms of product and selling skills.
    • Conduct regular trainings to sales staff such as new hire orientation, new store opening, product launch, pre-events training support for statement jewelry technical knowledges, etc.                                                                                                   
    • Able to on-going field coaching, localize training materials and tools to suit local market conditions.
    • Visit store on the regular basic and to provide on-site coaching to staffs together with the store managers or Retail coaches, including constructive feedbacks to staffs

    Translation, distribution and follow-up action to ensure the training effectiveness.

    • Training materials translation in terms of Products launch, PPT deck, tools, etc.
    • Training materials distribution for stores in China.
    • To executive, control and track the training result according to plan.
    • To review training programs/contents regularly in order to keep the materials most updated.

    Logistics planning, coordination and administration for training events.                                                               

    • Venue sourcing, packing/shipping training materials.
    • Participation and test results tracking, training evaluation compilation.

    Cross functional collaboration.

    • Work with local management, other departments, and regional function team to support the initiatives and efforts of the market.

    Qualifications 资历要求

    • Corporate training experience of 3 years minimum.
    • Tertiary and/or Post Graduate qualifications in Organizational Learning/Adult Education.
    • English at business level, fluent in spoken and written English.
    • Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
    • Business, research and creative writing skills.
    • Great passion in Training and people development.
    • Willingness to travel may require weekend hours.
    • Advanced Microsoft office software capabilities for presentation and reporting.
    • Knowledge of instructional design.
    • Experience with computer-based training authoring tools.
    • Drive for achievement, flexible and adaptable.
    • Well organized; self-starter; strong initiative; good team player
    • Graduated Gemologist is desired
    • Knowledge and experience in Jewelry and Watches is a plus
