Compensation & Benefits administration and support to nationwide organization and regional office
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing including commission and incentive allocation/calculation, payroll calculation, and payroll reports generation.
- Work closely with Fesco to ensure monthly payroll and social benefits being processed in a time manner.
- Responsible for commercial insurance enrollment.
- Process and coordinate expatriates insurance and medical claims.
- Work with Fesco on social base renewal, and prepare communication letters of annual social base renewal for employees.
- Provide support to Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager on merit increase and mid-year review.
- Compile all necessary paperwork and obtain required authorizations when necessary.
- Other payroll related works.
New Hires’ onboarding process and employee exiting process administration
- Work closely with recruiters to monitor the whole new hire onboarding process including onboarding documents collection, conducting reference check, new hire documents preparations etc.
- Work with related departments of new hires’ onboarding to make sure all necessary preparations ready beforehand.
- Monitor employees’ exiting process to make sure all necessary documents submitting with necessary authorization in a timely manner.
- Data inputting for new hires or terminations in HR systems in a timely manner without errors.
HR administrative support
- Updating employee data in HR systems in a timely manner, and ensure data accuracy
- Administer employees’ personal files, and ensure all employees’ documents are archived in a timely manner.
- Keep track on employees’ leave & absence data and OT data.
- Provide support on employment contract renewals.
- HR related documents translation.
Employee Relations Support to WOFE office team and Regional Shanghai team
- Work with Employee Order Support team on employees’ long service awards and milestone gifts orders processing and delivery.
- Assist to company events, e.g. annual dinner, team gathering activities etc.
- Prepare verification letters or certifications for employees whenever requested.
Data Analysis and Reports
- Provide payroll related reports and labor cost related data or reports when required.
- Prepare monthly headcount reports and quarterly separation reports.
