Overview 概况

The Copywriter, Digital is responsible for writing, proof reading and editing copy across digital channels, including, videos, banners and emails, and the role requires a deep understanding and thoughtful application of digital content strategy. This individual is also expected to work closely with the art directors, and regional marketing team to conceptualize campaigns and ideas and create content.

Responsibilities 职责

  • Writing and editing copy for Greater China, emails, banners and other digital and social platforms on a global level.
  • Represent the Tiffany voice across all platforms.
  • Modify copy to be relevant for the respective platforms and craft compelling messages in short form for the digital space 
  • Work closely with art directors and regional marketing team to conceptualize ideas and strategies for digital campaigns and content.
  • Collaborate with the Global Brand Messaging team to ensure the Global Tiffany voice is represented in local content.
  • Review and proof read all the assets from Global team and provide constructive feedback/edit the copy to enhance the assets from a Chinese copy perspective.
  • Provide support to the correction and enhancement work for the global developed localized contents.
  • Manage and integrate SEO initiatives into digital content strategy from a copy perspective.
  • Manage feedback, requests and strategic discussions from stakeholders.
  • Brainstorm content and campaign ideas for Tiffany’s digital platforms.


Qualifications 资历要求

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of Chinese digital copywriting experience in Greater China region, specially in China.
  • Experience working with fashion or luxury brands.
  • A broad liberal arts education or equivalent work experience.
  • A clear understanding of digital content strategy and its application to pages, direct marketing emails, videos, banners and campaigns.
  • A deep understanding of Chinese ecommerce environment and user experience within the digital space.
  • Competency in writing accurate, compelling and succinct copy with an attention to grammar, SEO and brand guidelines.
  • Ability to generate creative, engaging and witty copy and concept approaches, developing multiple solutions for a single assignment.
  • Capability to meet extremely tight deadlines while multi-tasking and managing a high volume of projects.
  • Writing clips that demonstrate a broad range of styles and the ability to quickly adapt to the Tiffany voice.
  • Proficiency with PC and Mac platforms and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Cantonese
  • Experience with Keynote is helpful but not required.
  • B.S. or B.A. in Journalism, Chinese or Creative Writing preferred.
